Subprocessors

Aliff Solutions FZC uses the following third-party subprocessors to deliver and operate the Aliff Solutions platform. This page is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (Section 4 — Sub-processor Authorization).
We will notify existing clients at least thirty (30) days in advance of any changes to this list. If you have concerns about a subprocessor, please contact us.

Important Notes
- All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements that impose obligations no less protective than those described in our DPA
- AI Inference Provider processes user queries for the purpose of generating Aliff Copilot responses. Queries are processed in real-time and are not stored by the inference provider beyond the duration of the API request
- Stripe processes billing data in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1. Aliff Solutions does not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic stripe data
- Google Analytics collects anonymized usage metadata (pages visited, session duration, feature usage). IP anonymization is enabled
- For data transfer mechanisms applicable to each subprocessor, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), refer to our Privacy Policy (Section 8 — International Data Transfers)
