Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the websites, products, and services provided by Aliff Solutions FZC ("Aliff Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, including the Aliff Labs SaaS platform for government contracting intelligence available at aliffsolutions.com.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services.

You may use Aliff Labs and our associated services for the following lawful purposes:

• Researching, identifying, and analyzing government contracting opportunities for your organization or authorized clients.
• Generating and managing proposals, compliance documents, and capture management workflows using the platform tools.
• Collaborating with your authorized team members within your organization's subscription scope.
• Accessing market intelligence data, analytics, and reports for internal business decision-making.
• Integrating with our APIs in accordance with published documentation and rate limits.

Misrepresentation

• Impersonating another person, organization, or Aliff Solutions employee.
• Misrepresenting your affiliation, qualifications, or authority to act on behalf of an organization.
• Providing false or misleading information during account registration or in the course of using the platform.

If you access Aliff Labs through our API, the following additional rules apply:

• You must respect all published rate limits and usage quotas. We reserve the right to throttle or block requests that exceed these limits.
• API keys and authentication tokens must be kept confidential and should not be embedded in client-side code, public repositories, or shared environments.
• You must include proper attribution when displaying data sourced from Aliff Labs in external applications, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Automated integrations must implement reasonable error handling and back-off strategies to avoid overloading our systems.

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we encourage you to report it promptly. You can submit reports through the following channels:

• Email us at legal@aliffsolutions.com with details of the suspected violation.
• Include as much relevant information as possible, such as usernames, timestamps, URLs, and screenshots.
• All reports are treated confidentially. We will not disclose the identity of the reporter without their consent, except as required by law.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• A formal written warning outlining the nature of the violation and required corrective action.
• Temporary suspension of your account and access to Aliff Labs while an investigation is conducted.
• Permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining subscription period without refund.
• Referral to law enforcement authorities where the violation involves illegal activity or poses a threat to others.
• Legal action to recover damages or enforce our rights under applicable law.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• We will notify registered users via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect.
• Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
